How feasible is this for small organizations that work on extremely thin margins ?

Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj Speaking from a total businessman prospect. why would I hire woman and pay for for their leave?
When I can hire men and pay for continuous work
If I am forced to hire woman by the law, I would move out of the country with my business.
Therefore reducing the GDP.
