18 years sth #StAlbans villages have been fighting this vast development. This #Greenbelt is the WRONG shape, size, location, squeezed between residents homes, no direct motorway access.

This is no ordinary warehouse & lorry park, it will cover over 400 acres.

Radlett Logistics Park in #StAlbans won’t be a SRFI. No direct motorway access, tracks & tunnels unsuitable to transport shipping containers.

Note how Northampton SRFI does have direct motorway access & isn’t at the end of people’s gardens.
