Once again, we have months of documented threats of violence, assault and just explicit racism towards Arabs, Muslims & pro-Palestinian protesters. There is more proof of this pattern than anything these congressional campus hearings and headlines keep screaming about.

Bassel Al Araj was a Palestinian writer& revolutionary killed by the IDF during a raid of a home he was staying in (‘17). He fought back, in a two hour stand-off& was shot six times. The PA is also seen as complicit in his killing; he was seen as a threat to their rule.

These campus hearings are absolutely the most brain dead, racist conversations - and especially concerning that President Schill of Northwestern essentially seemed to agree with “Al Jazeera is Hamas” when asked about its Qatar campus’ program with AJ.

Every single day has seen an unfathomable slaughter since October - the Israelis & Americans are killing Palestinians and their children in Gaza and they are killing Palestinians and their children in the West Bank.

8 months into this and still uncritically repeating what the Israeli army says. This isn't even some vague battlefield report. You could ask any Arabic speaker if the translation is accurate, and chose not to.

Disturbing reporting about a story that has only worsened in recent years: the way commonplace technology and platforms we use on a day-to-day basis are used to surveil, criminalize, target and kill people - specifically, in this case, Palestinians.

A few minutes before seeing this, I saw one of a murdered fetus.

All of these images tell us a very specific story - and every US institution, from govt to media to education, is in sync in telling us that this story isn’t true and that even if it is, it’s justified.
