Data usage continues to grow with average personal usage levels per month increasing to 4.3GB. During the year, we launched M-PESA in mid-August 2023 and registered customers stood at 4.51 million by the end of FY24 with 62.7k active merchants and 25.8k M-PESA agents onboarded.

We continue to accelerate customer acquisition with gross additions now at 9.4 million (4.4 million 90-day active customers) supported by 2,806 sites covering 38% of the population.
