Thanks to everyone who came along to Friday’s panel at Royal Highland Show. Our panel discussion on the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill prompted a fantastic discussion on some of the key issues. We had a huge variety of questions about the Bill and the wider future of rural Scotland.

Giving evidence on the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill this week, Jeremy Moody CAAV told us, "effective arbitration focuses on key issues, providing timely answers so parties can move forward", when it comes to avoiding disputes ending up at The Scottish Land Court. 📺⤵️

Today, we voted in favour of regulations which would prohibit the supply, whether by sale or otherwise, of single-use vapes. The Chamber will now decide whether to approve the instrument, which would come into force on 1 April 2025. Why Scottish Government wants to ban single use vapes👇
