Low paid HE staff can't afford yet another pay cut. With RPI at 11.7% and rising, the employers pay offer of 3% for most of our members is a disgrace! Our ballot opens on the 22 July. Lets send a clear signal to our bosses that enough is enough and strike to win!! #WereWorthMore
