I think each of the services – the army, RN, & RAF – should have its own technology investment fund. Each year they could publish a list of problems they'd like solved & entrepreneurs could pitch their solutions & the services could provide early investment in the promising ones.

SO3_Heads and Bathrooms Similar. I hadn't been aware of DASA, nor much of what it does or how it functions. But more force specific I think could be helpful.

Taz Each TLB has something but DASA is thr conduit. jHub is the STRATCOM version and seems pretty effective. BattleLab is another example

Not sure how other capabilities outside this are nurtured/accelerated by the RN

The cynic in me suspects various initiatives accross the Command with little/no joined up strategy
