Hello Chrispus CPA 💫💥0776826250, the 2nd Schedule of the VAT Act does not mention milk as exempted and neither is it sighted anywhere in the 3rd Schedule; in fact, it was repealed in 2014.

It is also important to note that we only tax the excess of UGX 235,000.
