It was such an honor to have the Eddie Aikau Foundation Members and Artist Eddy Y on campus today discussing our SEL, Art and Community partnership.

Aloha is not something that is spoken, it is something that is experienced and shared. Eddie’s life was all about Aloha.

Thank you to “Malama Learning Center” for spending the afternoon working with Ilima Intermediate beautifying the front office area with our Hawaiian Club members and advisors Ms. Nishimoto and Ms. Arakawa. This group did an amazing job!!!

No matter someone’s role in a school: teacher, support staff, custodian, cafeteria staff, bus driver…they matter.
