All eyes on space and that means everyone’s trying to share information without double checking. The university of Alaska releases their forecasts every 24 hours. This graphic was released yesterday from NOAAs forecast before everything was downgraded. There is no KP9 today.

On Fri night, I saw a lot of people commenting on how the aurora filled the skies in #BC and many parts of #WA , #ID , & #AB — this is why, many of us were perfectly placed w/ perfect weather to view the 1st overhead #aurora in over 20yrs.

We almost made it to mid-May, but unfortunately, the air quality across the Prairies is worsening due to a multi-year wildfire outbreak. Holdover fires have rekindled in the past few days in NE BC... #BCFires
