Another big acquisition announced by Derry's Martin Property Group. It has bought the 243,089 sq ft Mercury Shopping Centre in the centre of Romford (just east of London). Tenants include Asda, Premier Cinema, Mecca Bingo and McDonalds. Asking price was listed as £25m.
