I had the privilege of teaching & mentoring young students from USA & Canadian universities under Uganda Studies Program of Uganda Christian University (Official) 2004-2014. Yesterday, we celebrated milestone of 20th anniversary. I was happy 2 be invited to give a speech on behalf of pioneer lecturers.

This morning, we paid a courtesy call on the new Head of Public Relations and Spokesperson The Electoral Commission - Uganda Mr. Julius Mucunguzi at the Commission's HQRs on 7th Street Industrial Area. Julius and I have been in the trenches since 1998 Makerere University. He promises a People's Electoral Commission.

Earlier today, a section of Rwebiita Preparatory School Ngoma Sheema Uganda pupils participating in the National Mathematics contest organised by the Department of Mathematics Makerere University under the Uganda Mathematical Society. This is meant to stimulate & develop interest of students in analytical thinking.

The Chief Human Resource KAB expressed gratitude to participants and emphasized the importance of the training in enhancing leadership skills. The workshop aims to equip academic leaders with skills for effective role navigation and fostering a culture of excellence.

Some of our Academic staff are engaged in a week-long strategic leadership and management workshop at the Civil Service College in Jinja. Mr. John Bosco Bananuka, Assistant Commissioner at the Ministry of Public Service, commended the university's commitment to staff development.
