Doing jobs this morning I listened to BBC Radio 4 and The Reunion with michael sheen 💙 and others involved in creating The Passion of Port Talbot.
I found myself in tears at the ambition and impact, doing what the arts do best.

Wonderful work being done by The Migraine Trust on understanding and accomodation, but this often begins with GPs who may have limited training on chronic migraine themselves.
It can take years to access a specialist. Any change in system will need care not to exacerbate this.

I’ve been thinking about autistic people who may find it incredibly difficult to visit a GP at all for sensory reasons, how much it being known matters.
How would introducing an unknown assessor help. Many won’t seek help at all.
