That's roughly 800 days longer than what so many expected of us two years ago.

Important to visit Kyiv again and meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський. The situation is difficult, but it is not too late for #Ukraine to prevail – and more support is on the way. #NATO is also stepping up for the long haul, putting Ukraine on an irreversible path to the Alliance.

Good to meet Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz Olaf Scholz. #Germany makes major contributions to Allied security & is the biggest European contributor of military aid to #Ukraine . The fact that Germany now invests 2% GDP in defence matters for us all.

European countries would face millions of new Ukrainian refugees next winter if russia is allowed now to destroy our energy grid fully and make our cities unlivable. Would that be cheaper than sending us now air defenses which they don't use?
