I’m proud to have been part of the 2018 criminal justice reform law. It’s had a transformative impact on the lives of Massachusetts residents and is proof of diversion-focused policy. It was an honor to work alongside former Speaker DeLeo and Ambassador Claire Cronin.

It was great to join my colleagues in the Legislature for Maura Healey Healey’s State of the Commonwealth address. I look forward to working with the Governor and her Administration to address many of the challenges facing Massachusetts, and to deliver on our shared priorities.

The indelible work and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. forever changed this country for the better. Today, the House joins folks from across Massachusetts, and from around the world, in honoring his incredible legacy.
