Virginia’s governor signed the #NIL bill today.

It goes into effect July 1.

That means starting July 1 universities in VA can directly pay NIL compensation to college athletes.

State legislation continues moving things forward with respect to college athlete compensation.

This is a bit of a false social experiment because he already knew what success looked like, experienced it and could visualize it.

Take away all the money from everyone in America and keep the same capitalist system and most of the same people will be rich again

This is the way college athletes will likely be paid NIL compensation in the near future, in return for appearing in marketing materials for universities.

That’s essentially what high level college athletics are, marketing for universities.

So it makes sense.
