Abortion absolutely is a BC issue. Access to abortion services is provided by clinics + facilities funded by MSP. BC Cons could reduce reproductive rights to rights on paper but not in reality by scaling back MSP funding and reducing clinics because 'efficiencies.' #bcpoli
