The UK’s first South Asian Queer Pride was SO good. It was lovely to see friends, spread Queer joy & be surrounded by the Queer South Asian community!

This is despite raising concerns previously during a constitution working group meeting.

It's another example of how the legacy of the previous makeup of the council continues, refusing to acknowledge that there are now Greens, and a Lib Dem, in the council.

Constitution Changes:

We felt that we couldn’t vote for the constitution amendments tonight because the changes to the Health and Wellbeing board dictates 3 Labour members and 3 Conservative must sit on the board, leaving no space for other opposition parties!
