Colleagues! I am in search for a good home for a shorter piece (not a full length paper) on legal research methods. Open to different mediums! Any recommendations?

We should circle back later offline and talk about how this idea can create value added potential for stakeholders and put us within reach of several KPIs in the strategic plan.

Company policy documents are absolutely the worst kind of law.

It’s such a random hotchpotch of legal ideas and jurisprudence all dressed up in Costume Shop barristers robes.

‘Sorry, it’s against policy,’ says the person who wrote and can amend the policy.

American husband just realised it's Seachtain na Gaeilge and not Shocking at Gaeilge, which he thought it was. Genuinely just thought it was a lol name for a festival to help people not be shocking at Gaeilge.

Fascinating study which suggests patients w chronic pain have better outcomes when their doctor is empathetic

Empathy had greater benefits than treatments such as opiates, CBT, surgery…

'nothing ever happens' shut up. Things are constantly happening. It's always going on and its exhausting and fascinating and terrible. Who are you, worm, to deny the omnipresence of history

I have an article in the latest DULJ discussing the constitutional weaknesses of Ireland’s abortion law and, by extension, the lack of any serious development of repro rights law at a constitutional level.

I'm a little fascinated by 'are smart phones harming our kids?' conversation as it seems to imply that at least us adults are really mentally thriving, thanks to iPhones.

My pet hate is people saying they ‘have mental health’

*everyone* has ‘mental health’

You mean mental health difficulties/problems/illness

Let’s be clear in language re: mental illness, not skirt around or be scared of words like ‘illness’ - doesn’t happen with physical health
