I recently met with Coatesville community leaders to discuss the second phase of the Ash Park renovation plan. This year, I secured over $959K in Community Project Funding for phase two, which will improve storm infrastructure, create new entrances, pave trails & plant new trees!

Congress agrees — we must fix our southern border.

Today, I introduced an amendment to strike out partisan language and adequately and appropriately address this serious issue. It is time we put partisan politics aside to deliver for the American people.

I was back at Piasecki Aircraft Corporation on Monday! It was great to catch up with them after their expansion to Coatesville last year. We discussed their progress in STEM workforce development, economic growth, and ways I can support them on the federal level.

We are saying goodbye to our last group of spring interns. I want to express my gratitude for the great work done by Maggie in my D.C. office and Bryce in my Reading office. It's sad to see you go, but we are excited to witness the bright futures that await you!

I was up bright and early with my D.C. team this morning to run ACLINews' annual Capital Challenge 3-mile race! This race supports Junior Achievement, which educates and empowers young people on financial literacy.

This year, I was the fastest (and only 😉) woman in the House to run!

I recently visited New Bolton Center, UPenn's veterinary school and hospital. After touring their labs, we discussed their disease surveillance and prevention research, specifically on the H1N1 avian flu. It was great learning about their important STEM research!

I learned of the potential termination of Phoenixville HS's JROTC program & introduced a bipartisan bill to preserve it & similar programs across the country.

Yesterday, I met with students, teachers, & administrators at Phoenixville to discuss preserving this important program.

I visited Old Stone Cider in Lewisville, toured their family-run farm, learned about their agricultural business model, and discussed STEM ed!

On Friday, I was back at FarmerJawn Agriculture, a sustainable agriculture initiative and 2024 Community Project Funding Grant recipient. The $657,000 grant will help them cover costs for their new Workforce Development Education Center.

The United States needs clear guidelines to safeguard our elections against maligned uses of AI.

I’m proud to introduce a bipartisan bill with Chrissy Houlahan to raise our defenses against bad actors and address risks posed by AI in election administration.

We toured the facility and attended a listening session with nurses, staff, and administrators on the Inflation Reduction Act and its many cost-saving provisions.
