- 4 minutes in the @plunge at 45 degrees while box breathing
- 100 grounded air squats
- Incline pushups until failure
- Slackline traverse against barking dog

And the hardest (but most important) part…all of

2 v 1 is supposed to be a HUGE advantage, but in the absence of a pre-planned systematic approach along with good communication, not only is it not an advantage, in some cases the second person is more of a liability than an asset.
