The 3 HP regimen has better completion rates, lower hepatotoxicity than 6H/9H for LTBI, but systemic drug reactions can occur with low BMI as a risk.I argue for a relook at the uniform 900 mg INH dose in populations with undernutrition, need for pyridoxine, & to document AEs.
