Item 8.4: Council approved the report titled “Greenfield Community Park Society Financial Request” for information.

Item 8.3: Council approved the report “2024 Municipal Polling Stations” for information.

Item 8.2: The report “2024 Appointment of Assitant Returning Officer” & appointed Angel Green as the Assistant Returning Officer for the 2024 Municipal Election.

Item 8.1: Council received the report “Bylaw 26 - A Bylaw Respecting Alternative Voting” & will give first reading to Bylaw 26 - A Bylaw Respecting Alternative Voting at the at the April 23, 2024 Regular Council meeting.

Item 7.5: The report “Live-streaming Meetings of Council” was received by Council & directed staff to commence live-streaming all Council proceedings (regular, special, emergency, & public hearings) as outlined & recommended in the report.

Item 7.4: Council received the report “April 2, 2024 Council Meeting Location” & approved an exception to Policy 23 - Respecting Regular Meetings by hosting the April 23, 2024 Council meeting in Council Chamber of the Municipal Administration Building.

Item 7.3: Council received the report “Queens Neighbourhood Co-operative Housing Ltd. - Construction Date Extension”, and approved an extension of the required date to initiate construction on PID# 70027982 from June 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Item 7.2: Council accepted an administrative policy respecting entering a development agreement with Jasmine and Matthew Mallay to allow the establishment. Of n 8-unit fixed-roof overnight accommodation on their property in South Brookfield, PID# 70191937.
