NOW: Dozens of asylum seekers are once again in the Central District, Seattle after being kicked out of their Kent hotel shelter for the second time in a month. Their hotel stay expired this morning after donations from private philanthropists dried up.

A coalition of transportation, housing, and business leaders is calling on Mayor Bruce Harrell Greg Spotts to include $40M for urban freeway mitigation. We cannot have an equitable and sustainable transportation system without also addressing the highways that divide our communities.
