Greg Scribbler Nate Cohn Texas is a vanity prize for Biden.

He should focus on consolidating MI/WI/PA, as he is already doing.

That said, if they're really flush with cash and already saturating their marketing in the Midwest, then why not spread it around.

(I'd rather see them go hard in GA, IA, NC, MT because the Senate is more important, but still, not the worst idea)
