Never assessed again.

DWP says most people who currently have limited capability for work related activity will never be assessed again, even if they try work and it doesn't work out.

Benefits and Work Yes, but in a lot of cases, being seen to work would likely constitute a material change in their circumstances.

For a lot of people, the LCWRA descriptors are severe enough that even if they 'tried' to work, a lot would arguably no longer apply.

Ratigan Benefits and Work Yes this. It could be seen to contradict most people's claims. Even if someone had improved slightly but would have originally still fitted into the LCWRA group.
