After being named earlier today as uncharged co-conspirators in a false elector scheme in Michigan, Giuliani and Meadows have now been indicted in Arizona in a similar case.

I spoke with the other charged state Senator, Anthony Kern, earlier. He had no comment but said the indictments were ridiculous.

Minutes after successful abortion ban repeal vote, AZ Speaker Ben Toma removes Republican Rep. Matt Gress, who led charge on repeal, from appropriations committee.

Toma refuses to explain his decision, saying it happened “’cause I decided it.’”

🚨BREAKING: The Arizona House has voted to repeal the near-total 1864 abortion ban set to go into effect in June. The House has a GOP majority, but three Republicans sided with Democrats to repeal the ban.

HB 2677 still needs approval in the AZ Senate and Gov. Hobbs’ signature.
