Did you read what I wrote? WE LIVED IN SECTION 8 HOUSING. My family & I used food stamps b/c we didn't have enough to eat. Yes we worked hard, too—but hard work alone isn't enough. Social welfare was critical to our survival.

FYI GOP states are the top recipients of welfare.

When I lived in section 8 literally 15 min from where I live now—my fight for social justice was me being jealous.

Decades later I'm earning a living AND have raised ~$500K+ for low income ppl in just the last 2 years—my fight for social justice is hypocritical.
