An inspiring film narrated by QGC Ambassador Dame Judi Dench has been released to showcase the dynamic way in which the #queensgreencanopy initiative has united the nation behind a common goal – to plant #trees 🌳 🇬🇧 ❤️

It was lovely to capture this image of The King and Prince of Wales planting the last tree in the The Queen's Green Canopy scheme. In 2021 I photographed QEII and The then Prince of Wales planting the first tree in this amazing scheme that saw over 3 million planted around the world 🌳

As the The Queen's Green Canopy project comes to end, The King and The Prince of Wales have planted an Acer tree in the gardens of Sandringham House – one of over 3 million that have been planted in Queen Elizabeth II’s name as part of the initiative.

We've achieved this through the efforts of Lord Lieutenants & Councils who have galvanised local activities👏

To the Lord Lieutenants & Council representatives across the nation, we thank & salute you!❤️

During the State Visit to #Germany , His Majesty The King & President Steinmeier planted a #tree in memory of Queen Elizabeth ❤️🌳

As part of the #queensgreencanopy , the tree was planted at Bellevue Palace in #Berlin , the official residence of the President of Germany 🇩🇪 🇬🇧
