Today I signed a memorandum of understanding with the Vice Chancellor of the Somali National University, Prof. Hassan Omar Mahadalle witnessed by the Somali Ambassador to Uganda, H.E. Mohamed Mohamed. We have agreed to collaborate in research and training.
