Coronary calcium score by CT: excellent work from DISCHARGE trial group in patients with stable chest pain.

Age subgroup analysis from the DISCHARGE trial showed no MACE difference between first-test strategies regardless of age but younger patients in the CTA-first strategy had less procedural complications:(jamanetwork.com/journals/jamac…).
