My turn to cook tonight so…. I’m not cooking! I’ve done oysters and Sashimi Tuna Ceviche. The tuna just ‘cooked’ in the acidity of lemons & limes for 1/2 hr. We had the oysters with shallot vinegar, Tabasco and wasabi pearls of seaweed. Even I couldn’t burn anything tonight! 😄

I think we may have a chance but then remind myself that even if the roles where reversed between us & Ipswich we still wouldn’t get 2nd! 😆😁😄 ALAW
