First stop on my trip to #Birmingham for #BHIVA24 was to the #AIDSandHIVMemorial which is a stunning tribute.

I love coming to HIV conferences. But they're not always to most uplifting thing in the world.

If I have to attend another session telling me that I'm at higher risk of cardiovascular disease I may actually scream and run into the woods - never to be seen again.
