Craig Berube’s deal as Leafs head coach is for 4 years

Leafs met with Berube last weekend both Saturday and Sunday, then Todd McLellan Monday-Tuesday, then spoke with Gerard Gallant on Wednesday.

As we have been speculating for days, Craig Berube has been hired as the Toronto Maple Leafs new head coach. Brad Treliving completing a process that included a good group of candidates.

DeBoer says Roope Hintz remains out for tonight. Still day to say. Hopeful he’s available next game.
