Celebrating diversity in organisations and research. Fantastic and inspiring keynote from Dr Gita Ramdharry (PhD) 🇲🇺🇮🇪🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺💙 on the need to go-create new ways of working. Good work started to understand barriers and promote inclusive spaces, but more work needed to ensure diversity!
