3 yrs ago I started working with my dept to get MWBs used in most lessons. Over the time it's gone from ~30% to now a standard thing.

Placing students at the heart of the feedback process, and focusing on their 'feedback literacy', has changed how I think about and give feedback.

I really enjoyed writing for Tes about the work of David Carless and others, and the effect it has had on my practice
