This week at play cafe we’ve been doing all things messy! To celebrate Earth day and World art day we’ve been exploring recycling and getting creative with it 🎨

Last week at Play Cafe we went swimming in the deep blue sea! 🌊 The little ones got to enjoy lots of water play as we worked on our fine motor skills and explored different animals that live in the water 🐳🐠 #PEEKWellbeing #TEAMPEEK

Our PEEKaboo Play Cafe little ones had the best time last week exploring all things Easter & spring.
We showcased our creativity with our easter bonnets & cards making.

We also had a visit from our friend the Easter bunny throughout the week to gift some yummy chocolate eggs 🐰

Our Friday 0-3 participants had a special visitor last week🐰

We ended our week with some painting and easter bunny cuddles.

Everyone was super excited to meet a new friend. ❤

#Teafor21 afternoon tea on World Down Syndrome Day. Our aim was not only to raise awareness for #WDSD24 but also to celebrate.
Did you know that World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated on 21st March every year?The reason for this is to signify the third copy of the 21st chromosome

Today was magical as we hosted a #WorldDownSyndromeDay tea party at PEEKaboo Play Cafe. It was a chance to celebrate the unique joy of the individuals with Down Syndrome, while spreading some love. 💙💛

Our 3-5 years participants explored the colour green while learning about St Patrick's day.

We have been working on taking turns while playing group games with friends. Finishing the session off with some rainbow themed crafts 🌈

Active week at play cafe was so much fun with our 0-5's. We worked on our balance and co-ordination as well as having a great time.

We focused on sharing and taking turns with our 3-5's to develop our social skills.

To end our week at PEEKaboo Play cafe we explored some jungle fun🐘 Our mark making foam tray sparked curiosity with our 1-3years. We used our hands and animal's to explore.

Our week of valentines & pancake activities was a hit 🙂 Pancakes for lunch is always a good idea at PEEK. Everyone loved the playdough tray with our role play Ingredients & utensils. Finishing off with valentine's biscuits ❤

This week at PEEKaboo PlayCafe we are focusing on healthier lifestyles & Oral health. We enjoyed some fruit tasting, yoga and fruit shop play🍏. We had a visit from our friends from NHS Oral health Improvement team. We also enjoyed some fruit themed active play🙂 #PEEKWELLBEING
