Back from break. It's a request to remove the municipal heritage designation on 2301 15th Avenue. Planning commission has recommended denial of this removal. #yqrcc

Waste Plan Update passes unanimously. #yqrcc

Admin: If council wants us to hold contract for organic waste collection then the city will be taking on that risk. #yqrcc

Admin: We have not supplied waste collection service for condos. That's why we had rebate. We didn't increase taxes by 3% b/c food & yard waste taken off property taxes. #yqrcc

Bresciani: I'm not asking you to set a user fee. But I'm asking you to consider it b/c other cities have done this. Can't be rocket science. #yqrcc

Bresciani: What I heard from condo assn, is that's what they want. You'll bring them together to connect the dots, but if cost is really high, city would wash hands of it? It's unfair to condo owners. #yqrcc

Bresciani: Will user pay for condos be considered under Hawkins' amendment?
Admin: We can facilitate the conversation. Bring everyone together. We are not looking for a user pay model for condos. That would increase cost for all single family homes. #yqrcc

Findura: Have a lot of grass clippings, going to be charge at landfill. That may end up in ditch.
