The weekly circuit classes have been a huge success down at the centre. All with different disabilities, illnesses and injuries. We all get together, train together and get fitter. It’s been amazing for our overall fitness and mental wellbeing. Coach - @jSutliffFitness

Rugby is an absolute farce. I understand the need to reduce head injuries but it’s gone completely mad.

If you don’t know the difference between a player picking up a bouncing ball a millisecond before contact and someone taking a run-up then you never played rugby.
