I’ve always used twitter to clear my mind at night. Always. Nothing’s changed and I am glad Cameron is in jail. He really tried to set me up and that hurts like hell. Adopting kids just isn’t for me

I don’t have anything to hide and I been getting g good sleep at night. I woke up to take a piss and just trying to keep my mind clear. I’m going back to sleep.

I had to let one of my main clients go. I’ve been having to cut people off because I’m too pure for bullshit.

It’s just the algorithm goes so fast now days so…balancing real life and the algorithm can get stressful when you’re daily life is also busy. So I barely scroll on here I just kinda journal and then check in with people I love and respect and keep moving.

I cut off people as soon as their actions don’t make sense. And I love people who are happy and healthy.

Trying to sleep well. My job is stressful. I’m happy about my weight loss progress and my routine in the gym and my progress. I have nothing to do with negativity and I know my social media presence has been inconsistent.
