DocksideGlyn @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh and of course, France would gladly take ALL 70 odd million of us, and the rest of the world would be right in telling us to all stay in France cause it's safe. most asylum seekers stay next door, a few come to europe, even fewer to the UK

fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh In that case I would have to go wherever France wanted me to go. But I wouldnโ€™t have illegally arrived in France, having entered via an authorised port, with identification. A bit like those fleeing Ukraine. Then once legally resettled I would apply for a visa. Nothing illegal.

DocksideGlyn fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh If youโ€™re fleeing the uk with nothing but the clothes on your back, how are you planning on getting to France if there are no uk ports and airports open? Also when you go on a journey do you magically arrive at your final destination or pass through other places first?

Oneless fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh Like the illegals Iโ€™d have thousands in my bank account. Ports and airports would be open. Not sure which route, but does that really matter?

What is the point of you asking me what I would do in your fantasy scenarios that have no resemblance to those faced by the illegals?

DocksideGlyn fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh Theyโ€™re people not illegals but by dehumanising them I guess it makes it easier for you to hate themโ€ฆthe point of asking is that one day it could be you and hopefully youโ€™ll be treated with more kindness than how youโ€™d treat others.

Oneless fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh Ok. Illegal people, mostly you men. Itโ€™s more efficient to say โ€˜illegalsโ€™. Thatโ€™s all. No I donโ€™t hate them.

I wouldnโ€™t try to illegally enter another country. It wouldnโ€™t be fair on the citizens of that country. It sounds you donโ€™t care about other citizens or U.K. citizens

DocksideGlyn fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh Or you could just call them people because thereโ€™s nothing illegal about claiming asylum. Do you think these people risk death to come to the uk because theyโ€™re fleeing a lovely cosy luxurious life?

Oneless fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh Illegals is fine by me. We all know who we mean. โ€˜Asylum seekersโ€™ doesnโ€™t distinguish them from the genuine ones who arrive legally.

I think they risk death to flee France seeking a lovely cosy life in UKโ€™s four star hotels. But they are stupid and donโ€™t see risk like we do.

DocksideGlyn fifi @AKGMurray Jan ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚ Farrukh Theyโ€™re not fleeing France though or are you one of those magical people that can teleport themselves from one place to another without travelling through other places on the way to your final destination?
