8 members from Northants SAR water team have also changed Christmas Eve plans to be on Standby to assist.

Second consecutive Christmas Eve that Midshires SAR - Serving Beds & Herts have deployed to assist Beds and Herts police. 15 members deployed last year, and 23 this year. Lowland Rescue teams around us can be relied on for mutual aid if needed. Today it is Northants SAR
