The former DePaul Hospital site is set to become the 'St. Vincent de Paul House,' hosting the James Barry-Robinson Institute's Next Step for Success program. This $40M investment will support educational growth and development opportunities for students aged 13 to 18.

Last year, Norfolk had a surge in residential development, permitting nearly 1,000 additional units compared to 2022. Overall, the City issued nearly 3,000 commercial and residential building permits, amounting to a significant investment of over $460M.
