Sometimes I think I should just go to my dads flat and he will be sat in his spot with his fanta and the snooker on the tv, because where else could he be? I miss his flat, I miss moaning about tidying his kitchen, I miss over filling his freezer. I miss him so much.

Sometimes when im feeling more anxiety than normal, I find it hard to swallow food. I have to really concentrate, and also avoid crisps/toast food that are harder to swallow. Has anyone else experienced this?

I keep my grief surface level when I can. Allowing myself to really remember deeper hurts too much. I lost myself for a few mins, remembering my parents voices, the way their arms hugged me. My cousins laugh. I miss them in an outer wordly way, the universe makes no sense.
