Partial support (CI < 2.0) on #VAECMO is non-inferior to full support in CS when concomitant LV vent is present. Perhaps an argument for smaller cannulas -> fewer vascular complications?

Tailoring choices in shock achieves this - so I hope the take home isn’t to pop an Impella in anyone with a low BP.
