Quite ecstatic that our paper is finally online in NatureStructMolBiol today! Through target based discovery we discovered a broad-spectrum first-in-class molecule targeting TRPMPZQ across all flukes tested. Effective in vitro and in vivo, with in silico work too!

My 2nd project is out in NatureStructMolBiol ! Following up the SUMO-RNF4 paper, from studying the replication-independent DPC repair, we identified TOPORS as a novel SUMO-targeted ubiquitin ligase, with SUMO1-binding preference. Thanks all in Niels Mailand Lab
