We welcome the appointment of Luke Hall MP and look forward to introducing him to the wonderful world of specialist FE. We hope he will work closely with David Johnston OBE MP to align SEND and FE policy to benefit our learners & the colleges who support them.

We’ve loved sharing the work of our member colleges on #NationalSupportedInternshipDay . Specialist colleges deliver supported internships + other bespoke work preparation courses to young people for whom paid work is a highly aspirational outcome, given the barriers they face.

Charlotte completed three placements, all in different sectors, and successfully secured a full-time ‘meet and greet’ role with HSBC Bank.
