None of this makes sense. The cops chased him across 4 different cities on the highway, simply over an alcohol bottle. What were they thinking?

I’m confused. Very confused. So, Durham police officers chased an LCBO thief through the wrong direction on the 401, which eventually resulted in a multi-vehicle collision that took the lives of two grandparents and a baby.

Was this the best approach? Why pursue an alcohol
