#Uganda : As the humanitarian crisis in #Sudan worsens, hundreds of people have fled to Uganda in search of safety.

Yet severe underfunding of the humanitarian response means there is not enough aid to meet all the needs.

#Somalia : There are some traditions that displacement can’t erase. Through her  #HerHenna  skills, Rahmo brings happiness to women and girls in Mogadishu camp. She fled from violence in Southern Somalia two years ago with her 9 children. Now she is rebuilding her life in a camp.

#Sudan : Thanks to USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance we set up 50 street solar lights in collective shelters across Gedaref to improve the living conditions & especially the protection of displaced women. IDP committees chose the locations, mostly around latrines.

#Sudan : Thanks to Sida & Swiss Development and Cooperation, we set up rub halls in #WhiteNile to host 32 families who were crammed in a school's classroom & yard. Eventually, the halls will be used for education. But now, the millions displaced are in urgent need of dignified shelter solutions.
