🌺 Heavy precipitation fell across much of HI with flooding occurring on several islands. Molokai and Lanai had all abnormal dryness removed. Maui and the Big Island saw improvements.

🥵 Areas in northern CA, the PNW, and northeastern MT experienced temperatures 6 to 8 degrees above normal. OR saw widespread improvements in part due to improved streamflow and soil moisture.
